Notice is hereby given that Grand Forks County (County) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to conduct a Compatible Use Study (CUS) for current and existing development surrounding Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB). This study will be conducted in coordination with the U.S. Department of Defense Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC), GFAFB, local jurisdictions, and regional stakeholders.

The purpose of the study is to identify, evaluate, and address land use, airspace, electromagnetic spectrum, and other compatibility issues in order to protect the long-term sustainability of GFAFB while supporting regional development.
