Whistleblower Protection 
Under North Dakota Century Code § 34-01-20, employees who report suspected violations in good faith are protected from retaliation. 

When Filing a Complaint, Please Include (if known): 
* A clear description of the issue 
* Names of individuals involved 
* The location (city, town, department, or public agency) involved 


A member of the Grand Forks County Fraud Risk Assessment Team may contact you for further details. The County strives to keep the identity of complainants confidential and will not disclose your name unless legally required.
